LASER PROCESSING
Total Industrial Solutions offers fast, reliable, high quality laser services. Our facility is always updating to the most state of the art laser systems and marking techniques to provide our customers with the best quality laser marking available. With our extensive experience, Total Industrial Solutions can determine the best processing method to meet your laser processing needs with detailed precision.
Laser Marking
Marking is created by the focused laser beam interacting with the material. In most cases, a true color contrast can be developed by manipulating the laser settings. Our Laser Marking operation employs many different laser systems including CO2, Fiber, and YAG lasers to deliver the highest detail and quality available on nearly any material. Laser Marking is a non-contact process used for changing the surface of a material object; it is used to mark and identify many plastics, where the laser creates a color change in the material.

Laser Annealing
Annealing the surface of metal creates a high contrast black mark on metals such as stainless steel and titanium with no material loss. Innotech Laser offers noncorrosive marking on medical components and devices. Laser annealing is ideal to use on components in medical and industries where rust build-up must be kept to a minimum and sterilization is crucial.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is the process in which a high-powered beam of light is fired at a material and melts, burns, or vaporizes the material until a cut is made completely through the material. Laser technology can give you a very highly detailed, clean cut. Innotech Laser provides laser cutting services to cut parts from a wide variety of materials, ranging from plastics, to organic materials, to metals. From the most precise angles and corners, to rounds of any radius, we are equipped to laser cut any size and type of project.
Laser Etching
Laser Etching vaporizes the material from the surface of a substrate, revealing the base material. This process is done mostly on coated parts such as anodized aluminum, powder coated, and painted parts, removing the coating or outer layer from the base material.
Laser Engraving
This process utilizes the laser beam to remove material, creating depth to the mark on the product. Here at T.I.S. we can laser engrave for all purposes and materials, and to any mark depth. This is a high-detail and permanent process.
